Davies and COVID-19 – Claims Handling – Business as usual
Over the past few weeks we have moved most of our colleagues to home-working, supported by advanced technology to ensure we continue to provide a full service for all of our clients, including sophisticated call-routing for customer facing telephony roles. For those colleagues who need to attend our offices, we have ensured strong compliance with the UK and Ireland government’s guidance on social distancing.
Davies View – Virtual Adjuster
We continue to provide on-site visits where required for urgent and critical losses and to support vulnerable customers. Our Virtual Adjuster service is now being deployed across a majority of losses, providing a full adjuster-led service enabled by video streaming. We’re also using video interviews in our Davies Special investigations teams to ensure we can promptly and effectively identify and manage higher risk claims.

For vehicle damage assessments, we can offer desktop Audatex assessments, or video streamed physical assessments via Banwells. We are engaging with customers to offer the most appropriate response to individual circumstances.
We’re dedicated to supporting our clients during these turbulent times, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch with your account manager if you have any queries or concerns.
